This was an awesome song, sung by The Sons of the Pioneers with Roy Rogers. I highly recommend going to youtube.com and listening to it. A lot of time has passed since this song was popular. Back then, you could drink cool clear water from most any lake or stream. There was less pollution, cleaner air, richer soil – full of earth worms and microorganisms which made for nutrient-rich crops, and healthier people. They didn’t need to go to the health food store to get quality, life-giving produce. Everything they planted yielded the best of the best because of the richness deep in the soil. People were much hardier and healthier back then, too.

Pristine water is pretty hard to find these days. Plastic water bottles can be problematic because the plastic outgasses phyto estrogens. These false estrogens can mess with hormones and cause disruptions in the female reproductive system, contributing to fibroids in the breast and uterus.

Very few people drink tap water any more unless they have a well that come from the aquifers, deep in the earth…and then only if it hasn’t been contaminated by run off from toxic chemicals used in modern day agriculture. Our bodies are made up of 75% water and I recommend every home utilize some sort of filtration for drinking and showering water.

At All About Health, our water goes through 7 different treatment stages before it reaches the holding tank (for our clients’ session water). Our “Cool Clear Water” is then warmed up to body temperature (or adjusted based on client preference). Colonic sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour, and the water does the work. This mega-pure water enters the colon via a speculum (new one for every client session) and escorts toxins out of the body.

There are no shortages of accumulated toxins in our bodies, beginning at birth. The body can handle only so much before it begins to “act out”. It needs to get rid of the overload and will start getting our attention. Symptoms such as headache, body pain, tiredness, nausea, sleeplessness, constipation, diarrhea are common. These are most often ignored and symptoms treated with a toxic pill (which brings temporary comfort). This is a sure way to cause your condition(s) to worsen, because medicating only prolongs the problem, adding to your burden. A better plan would be to understand why your body was trying to get your attention. If we don’t listen to our bodies’ whispers, eventually they will scream!

Since most of these body dysfunctions are a result of toxic accumulation (that the body can no longer keep in suspension), it is making a cry for you to clean it up. No wonder our bodies act out and eventually shut down.

If you are tired of being tired, and frustrated about seeing doctors or practitioners and not getting results, consider doing something that works. Begin by clearing up the inside of your body. Start with drinking Cool, Clear, Clean, filtered or restructured water, distilled or RO water with sea minerals added. I also recommend regular enemas at home, using this beneficial water. (Please no toxic fleet enemas!) Better still, schedule a colon hydrotherapy session (or a series!).

Nobody likes the thought of having a colonic or feeling bad during a treatment, but once the toxins leave your body, you will instantly feel better. And then, you will begin to realize how much energy your body had to expend to keep those toxins buried.
