Colon Whisperer

There’s been a lot of buzz about Dog Whisperer Ceasar Milan and Horse Whisperers Buck Branahan and Monte Roberts. These people seem to understand animals so well that communication flows easily and lovingly; with great understanding on both sides. How can this be? Are they gifted? Do they have a sixth sense? From my observation, these men spend a lot of time studying animals carefully. They learn how animals communicate with each other, including silent communications, body language, posturing, etc. They also notice signs, signals and nuances others have missed. By learning the language of animal communication and adapting their behaviors to what animals understand, “Whisperers” obtain amazing results.
The colon is a silent communicator, speaking to us continuously. But if we don’t know its language, its messages are easily missed. If you have ever had food poisoning, you have likely experienced your body’s wisdom creating, “throw up!” In this way, your body was able to rid itself of the toxic substances. If the poisons get past this mechanism before detection, the next line of defense (so you don’t die of food poisoning), is diarrhea, and sometimes you experience both. Diarrhea is another voice that says, “I want to cleanse!!”
Strangulated stools (irregular sized), deer poop (long, stringy stools), and rabbit pellets (small, hard balls) are all examples of your body’s way of telling you it needs help. Your digestive and/or elimination systems are attempting to process something and having a hard time doing it.
Poop should be large, well formed, and should break apart upon contact with water – not claylike or runny. Constipation is a clear cry for help. Chronic constipation is a desperate cry to be taken seriously; especially considering that more than half of your immune system resides in your colon! Just think about it – how your immune system might be affected by ever increasing toxic buildup over a long period of time! And if you body gives you diarrhea, stopping it is not the answer!
If you do not listen to or understand these signals, your body will do its best to cope and you may not enjoy its methods. The body needs to get the poisons out, so help it. Old timers knew to get out the red hot water bottle and do an enema. You can do that; or better yet, get a colonic, (it’s less messy and more productive). The colon usually whispers. Constipation or Diarrhea is a shout.
Another voice that indicates a toxic colon is poop that smells really, really terrible. It’s over-the-top awful; (waste products will never smell like roses, but there is a difference between everyday waste odor and the aroma of poop that makes you want to run out of the room.) That communication is saying that whatever is being ingested is not being digested properly. What you have eaten is staying inside the body too long and is not being utilized. It is literally rotting, creating bad odors and toxicity.
Your colon’s voice can also be speaking to you if you are exhausted, cranky or irritable. Other voices that say “pay attention to your colon” include: bad breath, body odor, acne, tiredness, mental fog, acid reflux, sore throat, sinus trouble and allergies. Most all illness…no matter what name gets pinned on it, has toxicity as its root. Get to the root and problems go away for good.
