When you “think,” ENERGY is going to your “brain”. When you give your body a command to move an arm, a leg, wriggle a toe, make a fist, etc., energy follows that command. I have heard it said that “energy follows thought”. Yes, however, we don’t think about breathing, the beating of our hearts, hair and fingernails growing, food or drink getting to its destinations, broken bones mending, wounds healing, etc. Yet energy is required for these tasks. Energy is going to flow. If it doesn’t, you aren’t going to be able to think, move, talk, eat, drink, eliminate or live.

Most everything has a life cycle—whether it’s a seed, a human, or an animal…there is a birth followed by a timeline for life and death. The amount of energy we have for our timeline depends on a few things. The energy we are given at birth has a lot to do with what our parents passed on to us at conception. How healthy was the seed? How vital was the egg? What preparation was made prior to conception to make sure everything humanly possible was done to ensure that this would be the healthiest pregnancy ever? In many cases, very little. Pregnancy “happens,” then along comes a baby already programmed with an energy “pool” to grow this baby to adulthood. It is all programmed and sequenced in our DNA.

Some of these programs and sequences can be interrupted or delayed due to a variety of circumstances, such as, spinal misalignment, poor diet, vaccinations, ingesting something harmful, etc. Energy flow can get blocked. Therefore, we don’t develop to the fullness of our potential. The good news is, energy flow can also get unblocked and life-force, energy and function can be enjoyed and completely restored by following natural laws of health. Keeping high standards including consuming healthy food and drink, exercising moderately, getting uninterrupted sleep and occasional “tune-ups” with high quality chiropractors, acupuncturists, body workers, or colon therapists assuring that your energies are operating at their optimum.

How clean is the energy that’s flowing? This has a lot to do with your intestines. Large and small intestines have the job of getting nutrition to our cells and, just as important, the function of getting waste products from our cells into our colons for elimination. When this doesn’t happen well, we become polluted and toxic. Most of humanity is polluted and toxic or so many wouldn’t be overweight, tired, in pain or sick. It seems that more quantity enters our bodies than leaves them. Therefore, waste product remains and there is an accumulation factor until something breaks down…unless we do something to address this imbalance.

If the intestines are polluted and stagnant, the energy supply they are delivering to our cells is tainted, and this produces unhealthy cells. So, if energy follows demand, what kind of energy is being delivered? Clean, vibrant, nutrient-rich energy? Or unclean, dirty, stagnant, toxic energy? One way to tell: are bugs (mosquitoes, gnats, ticks) attracted to you? When you have a cut, does it get inflamed and filled with pus? Bugs are attracted to dirty blood. If there are pollutants in your blood, this will impact the healing effort (when the energy delivers building materials to repair the cut).

Most all health problems are a result of an unhealthy gut – clean it up! Get colonics, eat healthy, drink clean water and fresh organic juices. Health and abundant life is your birthright, but it requires thought and your participation. If you are doing what the culture is doing, you are in trouble.
