Water, I think you will agree, is important – especially here in the desert. Our physical bodies are made up of 90-95% water. Water is a solvent. It hydrates our cells and delivers nutrients to them while washing toxins and waste products away (including cellular die off). It escorts these contaminants to the elimination systems: kidney, bladder, liver, colon, lungs, skin and lymph. So it is very important to stay hydrated. If you don’t like drinking water alone, squeeze a fresh lemon or lime into your water, eat watermelon and other high water content fruits and vegetables, and/or buy a juicer and make your own fresh fruit or vegetable juice. These are nutrient-rich; feed and nourish your cells. You can also effectively hydrate your body doing a water enema using 1-1/2 quarts of clean, purified filtered water, OR receiving a colonic. Not only will you be hydrated, you will detoxify yourself, which will increase your energy level immediately!

When I first came to Albuquerque, I checked out a number of colon therapists and received treatments from them in order to find out who was the best in town. There are a number of things I look for in a quality colon therapy office:

1. Type of equipment, i.e., open system, closed system, direct pressure, gravity fed, etc.
2. Do they use filtered water? Is it ozonated, or oxygenated? Do they use additives?
3. Does the equipment use ultra violet light for last-stage purification?
4. How long have the provider(s) been doing colonics? Do they receive colonics themselves? How many have they had and how often do they receive colonics?

Here at ALL ABOUT HEALTH, INC., the city water goes through 6 filtration stages before going into the holding tank, where it receives ozonation as the final stage of purification. The first stage passes through heavy gauge magnets; the second pass is through a restructuring device; third, a sediment filter to remove the large particulates; fourth, a 4 foot high carbon filtration tank from Pure Water Technologies. Then the water goes to my colonic room, kitchen and laundry room. So the waters in any of those places are drinkable. Even the towels you lay on and cover yourself with are washed in this pristine water with plant-based detergent. And then, there are 2 more filters in the colonic room (the water goes through) before being sent to the holding tank (and into your body).

In addition (included in every treatment), is a specialized water (most often multiple potencies of this water) is used as additives. They give the cells more support when releasing the stronger toxins; therefore, there is less cramping during the releases.

All this to say: we care about the quality of water going into your body. The better the water, the better and easier the cells can receive it and cleanse themselves. After 1 hour of treatment, as the water is delivered to the far reaches of the colon and then delivered osmotically to every cell in your body, you feel wonderfully cleansed!
